- Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
- Important Notice: Guest needs to compulsory carry Hard copy of Passport for Seaplane ride.
- No soft copies are accepted. If they don't follow the same, it will be considered NO Show!
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on seaplane flights.
- Infants are not allowed for this activity. Children 2 years and above are allowed on board.
- Pregnant women can fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy OR at their own risk.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
Additional information
- One Seaplane can carry up to 420 kilograms (190 pounds) and the group size limit is 6 people. However, if 6 people exceed the weight limit, they will have to get another Seaplane with additional costs
- One passenger's maximum body weight is 110 kg (50 pounds)
- If it exceeds the weight limit, you have to pay for an additional seat.
- All passengers should arrive for check–in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time. Unfortunately, we are not accountable for latecomers and have the right to release the flight as planned
